We are a small company at present providing training support to general medical practice in the West Midlands and we are expanding our area of operation. We welcome enquiries, especially from people living in the Midlands, North West, Wales and South West areas.

 

We offer suitably qualified and experienced people the opportunity to work under the Institute of Leadership and Management banner and have access to our range of training courses and events.

 

You will work on a payment-per-session basis as and when required, thus this opportunity would suit part-time or retired people very well. How much you earn will depend on the amount of effort you want to put into it; the appointment will be designed to suit your personal wishes and circumstances.

 

The appointment is so flexible that if you only want to deliver training on one particular subject we would still like to hear from you.

 

What we are looking for is an affinity with the NHS independent contractor situation and so the person appointed will have served in some capacity in the NHS or independent contractor field. Some previous training experience is desirable.

 

You will need your own transport and be computer literate, ideally with your own home PC or laptop.
