General Practice Training Programme Stage 2
LEVEL 2 AWARD IN TEAM LEADING
This is a fast-track route to a nationally recognised qualification and the course is specifically written for general practice. Achieving the award requires satisfactory completion of the course and a reflective review for each of the six subject areas.
Holders are eligible for Affiliate membership of the Institute of Leadership and Management, AInstLM.
This Level 2 Award can be used as a free standing qualification in its own right or to obtain credit against the full Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading.
It is also an effective platform for moving into ILM’s Level 3 First Line Management programme.
